An embroidery machine cannot read a logo file — it needs stitch-by-stitch instructions. Digitizing produces that file, and it is a one-time thing per logo. We do it free on your first order, and the file is reused on every reorder after.
Usually yes, and plenty of customers do. We charge decoration only. The one caveat is that we cannot warranty a garment we did not supply if something goes wrong on the machine — rare, but worth knowing before you hand over something irreplaceable.
