Healthcare & medical apparel

Your whole practice looking like one practice

Embroidered scrubs, lab coats, and front-desk apparel for medical, dental, and veterinary offices across the Temecula Valley. Names and credentials on every piece, and a reorder path that survives staff turnover.

What we do for medical and dental practices

Built around the two things that actually make practice apparel hard: a staff roster that changes, and a patient who needs to tell roles apart at a glance.

Clinical

Scrubs & scrub sets

Tell us the brand and fit your staff already wear and we will source it rather than talking you into a switch. Logo on the chest, name and credentials where you want them.

Provider-facing

Lab & consultation coats

Embroidered with the practice mark and the provider’s name and credentials. The piece patients look at longest, so it is worth getting the stitch quality right.

Front of house

Reception & admin apparel

Polos, cardigans, and softshells for the people patients meet first. Usually a different look from clinical staff on purpose.

Wayfinding by colour

Role & department colour-coding

Providers, MAs, front desk, and techs in distinct colours on the same logo. Patients stop asking who to talk to, which is the whole point.

Community

Health fair & event apparel

Printed tees and polos for screenings, 5K sponsorships, and school health nights — the visible community work that brings patients in.

Patient & staff giveaways

Branded promotional items

Pens, tote bags, water bottles, and first-aid kits for new-patient packets and community tables. Same logo, same file, one invoice.

Recent work for medical practices

Photographed on the counter before delivery — a real practice order, not a catalogue shot.

The parts that usually go wrong, handled

  • Your logo digitized once, correctly, and kept on file — free on your first order
  • Name and credential embroidery specified per person from a roster you already have
  • A sewn sample approved before the rest of the order runs
  • Single-piece reorders when you hire, at the same placement and thread colours
  • Consistent look across multiple offices on the same practice mark
  • Fabric guidance for what actually survives daily wear and hot washing

How a practice order works

  1. Roster and rolesWho wears what, and how many of each. Roles and colours get decided here, before anything is ordered.
  2. We digitize your logoYour artwork is converted into an embroidery file. Free on your first order and yours to reuse forever.
  3. Approve a sewn sampleYou see the logo actually stitched on the actual garment before we run the rest. This is where problems get caught.
  4. Production & pickupTypically one to two weeks depending on quantity and garment availability. Sooner if you tell us the deadline.

Why companies here keep reordering from us

Branded apparel goes wrong in boring, predictable ways: the color is off, the logo looks fuzzy, or it shows up after the event. We are set up to prevent all three.

You approve a sample before the run

Nothing goes into production until you have seen the logo on the actual garment. That is what stops a 300-piece order arriving in the wrong thread colour, and it is the step most online suppliers skip entirely.

Your logo is set up once, correctly

We digitize your logo for embroidery and keep the file on record. Every reorder for years afterward stitches out identical — no re-setup fee, no drift.

One shop for apparel and signage

We share a building with Signarama Temecula. Booth graphics, banners, table throws, shirts, and giveaways can all come off one quote and one pickup.

Questions we get asked

Can you put names and credentials on scrubs?

Yes, and it is most of what we do for practices. Send the roster as a spreadsheet with the exact credential letters each person uses — RN, MA, NP, DDS, DVM — and we set each garment up individually.

What happens when we hire someone?

You order one piece. Your logo file, placement, and thread colours are already on record, so a single new scrub top matches what everyone else is wearing and you are not charged setup a second time.

Do we have to change scrub brands?

No. Tell us what your staff already wear and we will quote that. Switching brands mid-practice is a fight over fit that nobody wins, and there is no reason to have it.

What is the minimum order?

Twelve pieces on a first apparel order. After that, reorders and one-off new-hire pieces have no minimum, which is the part that matters for a practice with normal turnover.

How long does it take?

Usually one to two weeks once the sewn sample is approved, depending on quantity and garment stock. If you have a practice opening or a health fair date, tell us the date and we will work backward from it.
